Timing
Openings before this time are "morning" — good until end of day, no extra grace. Openings at or after this time are "afternoon" and carry over into the next morning instead.
e.g. a 1-day product opened at 6:30am expires at this time the same day, not 24 hours later.
e.g. a 1-day product opened at 2pm expires at this time the following day instead of that same evening.
Anything opened before this hour counts as the previous day's date, and as an afternoon/evening opening — useful for closing shifts and overnight prep.
